  • The colour remains visible in the skin for several years, but the enhancement will lose its sharpness and definition around 12-18 months. It is recommended that clients have an annual colour boost at around that time. The above is variable depending on age, skin type, lifestyle, sun exposure and aftercare.

  • Every client is different but with advanced new equipment and techniques, the discomfort is minimal.

  • Absolutely. The client is in control every step of the way from the desired shape to colour selection.

  • You should allow a minimum of 2 hours for a new procedure.

  • Immediately after the eyebrow procedure, the treated area may appear slightly swollen or red. This will usually subside in the next hour or so. In the instance of eyeliner, puffiness, and swelling may be present for the following 48 hours. It is normal for the colour to appear darker and more intense in the first week after the procedure, but as the healing process occurs, the colour will soften and lighten. Normal activities can be resumed after treatment but for the first week, the treated area needs to be kept away from water and healing balm or vaseline needs to be applied minimum 4 times a day.
