Please ensure that you are able to arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to carry out your service and this will be deemed a no–show appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments are very important to us and you, the client. We, of course, understand that sometimes adjustments or cancellations are necessary, and therefore, we respectfully request at least 48–hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
When a client cancels or forgets their appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive their service.
Should appointments be missed, the following fees will apply:
LESS THAN 48–HOUR NOTICE: 50% OF THE DEPOSIT AMOUNT
NO SHOW: CHARGED AT 100% OF THE DEPOSIT AMOUNT
